Had our carpets done today and was completely blown away by how much damage my pets had done in a matter of months. Extreme carpet cleaning rocked up, did their thing and now they are beautiful. I had an pungent cat urine issue in my rental property and after using another ineffective carpet cleaning company first, I turned to the Extreme Carpet Cleaning team for more help. The team were incredibly responsive and flexible when needed. They also came in and upon review determined that the problem went deeper than the carpet and had soaked through the underlay to the floor. The team, instead of doing a cleaning knowing it would only provide temporary relief, offered to provide a comprehensive report detailing the extent of the damage for me to provide to my insurance company. An absolute life saver, where they utilised a moisture meter and powerful UV light to detail the extent of the damage which was far worse than first thought. Absolute legends in my eyes, and great business people who are not out to make a quick buck, but to do the right thing. Couldn't reccommend more.

Moving house and called Extreme clean yesterday to check what time they were coming, only to discover we didn't have an appointment booked in. They were awesome and accommodating. Came to us after their last job. Friendly, professional, affordable and they did a great job on the carpets. Very happy.
